ISPO 2026 deadlines

A successful exhibition starts well before the build-up phase. Especially for bespoke exhibition stands, sufficient preparation time is essential to coordinate the design,
production and technical services. We recommend starting the briefing process with your stand builder three to four months before the exhibition.

The ISPO Exhibition takes place on 4 and 5 November 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. The ISPO Leaders Summit will be held on 3 November 2026.
